With Electric Fireplaces Depot Home Test Program, customers can test a fireplace at home for 7 days after delivery. The unit needs to be returned in the same condition as received. The customer receives a refund within 5 business days via the original payment method minus shipping cost. If the customer decides to purchase the fireplace, the return shipping cost will be credited to the new purchase. The unit must be properly drained of water and packaged using the original materials following provided instructional videos (see full info on Test at Home Program).
