Electric Fireplaces Depot is offering a test at home program on AFireWater, Aquafire and Dimplex Opti-Myst Water Vapor Electric Fireplaces. This program saves you time and money. Instead of spending time and money searching for a showroom that may not have the fireplace on display, let us help you save those costs and time by testing one of our fireplaces in the convenience of your home. We want to make sure you love it before you buy it!

We have limited number of fireplaces available for this program. There may be a wait time to receive the test unit. Please contact sales@electricfireplacesdepot.com or call 800-309-2144 ext 1 for current availability.
You will purchase one 20-inch unit to test at home. You will return the unit and receive a refund once inspected. Unit must be in the the same condition as it was received. You will be refunded within 5 business days via the original payment method minus shipping cost.
You can test the fireplace at home for 7 days after it has been delivered. After 7 days fireplace has to be returned back.
Please do not install the fireplace into any enclosure. You can unpack the fireplace, hook it up and enjoy the ambiance of it for 7 days.
Every test at home fireplace is inspected and tested before it ships. Also we record a video of the fireplace running before it leaves our warehouse.
We will ship you a fireplace at no cost to test at home. You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us. Return shipping cost will be disclosed to you upfront. It will be less in time and money that you would spend driving to the showroom. If you decide to purchase the fireplace the return shipping cost will be credited to the new purchase.
Retuning and Packaging
You are required to package unit same as it was received for the return.
You will be provided unpacking and packing instructional videos. Please follow the steps outlined in the videos when unpacking and packing the unit. Failure to do so will result in potential damage to unit and damage fees.
Fireplace are packaged very well to handle 2 shipments. Please do not destroy, discard or cut any packaging materials. The fireplace will include all necessary material to ship it back.
Please take (not make) a picture and send to us of both the unit and packaged unit before shipping back. It is necessary for us to have for insurance purposes and it protects you in case shipping company damages the unit.
You have to drain the fireplace of any water before packaging it back for the return. Sending fireplace back with water inside will damage the electrical components of the fireplace and there will be no refund issued. You are provided instructional videos on how to do it below.
