Warranty

Amantii Imports Corp. (Amantii, Remii, Sierra Flame) warrants that your newly purchased Amantii electric fi replace is free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of the first purchase, subject to the conditions and limitations.

DEFECTS. Amantii will replace defective product or part without charge. If Amantii is unable to replace such product, or if replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely done, in its sole discretion Amantii may, in lieu of replacement, choose to refund the purchase price for such product or part.

Return Policy

All NON-Warranty related return requests must be submitted within 7 days.To submit your return request please email returns@amantiiparts.com. Eligible returns must be in unopened and factory sealed packaging. Authorized returns must be clearly labeled with an assigned RMA number and must be sent via freight carrier and be properly secured to pallet. No couriers such as UPS or Fedex as the parts are not designed to endure the courier environment.  

Freight must be prepaid, please submit tracking number to returns@amantiiparts.com

All returns will be inspected upon arrival to the warehouse. Amantiiparts.com is not responsible for damaged return freight and it is the shippers responsibility to initiate any freight claims should this occur.  All authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
